Do you have a shop that we can visit?

Currently, we only sell online. If you would like to meet us or, to see our collections in person please check our ‘Events and Exhibitions’ page for our next exhibition dates.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may still pay using all major credit/Debit cards via the PayPal checkout system.

Are all your collection Authentic?

Of course! We will never sell fakes. All our Jewellery collections come with the designer’s gift boxes and Artist cards. The jewelleries also have the designer’s ‘Brand Tags’ and/or signatures.

Why should I register for your mailing list?

If you register to our mailing list, we will email you from time to time, special offers, discounts and promotional codes!

You emailed me a discount coupon code, how do I use it?

From time to time we email registered customers with discount coupons or, if you are part of our Facebook/Twitter groups, we offer discounts/special offers and news updates on there too! Simply add the items to your basket and proceed to checkout. Once you are at the checkout page, enter the discount code where it states "Enter coupon code". Then complete payment with your chosen methodThe system will automatically calculate the discount for you.

Do you process custom orders?

Yes. We mainly process custom orders for Michal Negrin. If you like a particular piece from the Michal Negrin range but would like it in a different colour or cameo image, please contact us.

I have sensitive skin, how would I know I won’t get an allergic reaction to the metals?

All our Jewellery collections have been specially chosen for the artist craftsmanship, design and of course the use of metals. We only stock Nickel free (Hypoallergenic) jewellery that is suitable for people with sensitive skin.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do!

Do you stock Michal Negrin’s fashion collection?

Sometimes for exhibitions we have a very small selection of items from the fashion collection but generally, we do not stock Michal Negrin’s fashion collection as it is made to order. You can still purchase the fashion collection on our website as a regular purchase but, please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If we have the item(s) you purchased in stock, we will post it as soon as payment clears! If we do not have the item(s) in stock, please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery. Customers usually receive item(s) within 2 weeks. Don’t forget, most our collections are individually handmade!

Please see 'Delivery time' under item description. If you require an item by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best!

I saw an item on your site but it says ‘out of stock’ can I still purchase it?

Yes. Simply add it to your shopping basket and we will process your order as normal. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We will keep you updated during this period. Please note, Michal Negrin's fashion collection could take 2-4 weeks during busy periods.

I would like to return the item(s) I bought, what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible and read our ‘Returns Policy’.
