Delivery Information

 

UK Charges:

1st Class Recorded: £3.99 + 80p per additional item

(3-4 working days approx)

Special Next-Day delivery: £6.99 + 80p per additional item

(Next Day delivery (excludes Saturday service)

 Please note:

  • we may post your item automatically via Special Next-Day delivery at no extra cost to you if we think that your order requires the extra insurance. This is at our sole discretion only.
  • All our items are posted via a recorded service therefore, signature is required.

 

International Charges:

(Courier of our choice): £7.99 + £1 per additional item

We are not responsible for any duties/taxes to be paid for.

 

 

What happens if the person is not at home when the items are delivered (UK)?

If there's nobody home, Royal Mail will leave a card to say they called, inviting the recipient to contact them and arrange a convenient time for delivery or collection at your local sorting office. That way, the items can be kept in ideal conditions and still be at their best when they are finally delivered. Please make sure you can collect your item within one week from your sorting office. If items are returned back to us, we will have to re-charge you with posting costs. 

You can also select the delivery to be shipped to your work if required!

 

 

Returns Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase but, if you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you may return your item(s) within 7 days (UK) 14 days (International) of receipt. We must be notified immediately prior to you returning goods.

Due to ‘Health & Hygiene’ reasons, we cannot accept returns on Earrings (Hooks or Pierced) only if they are damaged. The ‘Health & Hygiene’ regulation does not affect your statutory rights.

All items that are returned must accompany all promotional gifts, packaging, tags, gift boxes and must arrive in an unused/unworn condition.

All items that are returned must be sent back securely and packaged well to avoid damage in transit. If we receive an item damaged due to lack of packaging/protection, we will return the item(s) back to sender.

Maytali’s Jewellery is not responsible for any parcel lost or damaged in transit for any items being returned.

Returned item(s) should be sent via a recorded postal service (i.e Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Special Next-day delivery).

The sender (you) are responsible for postal charges for all item(s) returned for exchange or refund.

Exchange: For all item(s) that would like an exchange, postal charges will apply.

Refunds: We will refund you the cost of the product only. We will not refund postage & packing costs (This also applies if we offer FREE postage). We retain all proof of postage and you may request a copy any time.

If for whatever reason, you do not keep to the Return Policy Guidelines, we will only issue you with either an exchange or a credit note (Voucher).

*Michal Negrin’s Fashion collection and custom made Michal Negrin orders can only be returned in an exchange for credit note (Voucher) or a deduction of 20% of cost of item(s) as a restocking fee.
